CCRA Introduces A New Online Resource For Travel Agents

travel agentCCRA Travel Solutions reports it has expanded its online travel agent tools and training resources by introducing CCRA University’s The Center for Ongoing Travel Industry Education. A variety of ‘learn and earn’ hotel educational opportunities are currently featured on this new CCRA website, which will expand to provide a comprehensive list of travel industry education, training and certification opportunities that are available exclusively to travel agents.

The CCRA Reference Guide provides travel agents with a useful site for all things travel related, including currency conversion charts, international tipping guidelines, travel supplier information, airline codes, and much more.

The CCRA Travel Agent Blog maintains an ongoing dialogue for professional travel planners. and features travel tips, industry insight, and advice for becoming more successful. The blog also features a contest with opportunities for travel agents to win prizes each month, courtesy of CCRA and its hotel partners.
