Cruise Brothers will look to expand into new markets with the addition of Revelex, which gives customers real-time pricing information and detailed ship information. Since implementation, Cruise Brothers said it has seen a spike in overall sales through its online booking system, most strikingly in international markets.
Additionally, Revelex's web-based agent desktop application, Power Agent, will allow Cruise Brothers' agents the ability to receive leads directly through the system. Agents will be able to browse multiple cruise lines and receive accurate, up-to-the-minute information. They can then also send detailed price quotes directly to clients.
