Cruise Planners Named "Hot Franchise for Veterans" by G.I. Jobs

flagG.I. Jobs, a resource for helping transitioning service members find success in civilian careers, released its 2015 Hot Franchises For Veterans just in time for Memorial Day

The list includes Cruise Planners, an American Express Travel Representative, as the top travel franchise business for veterans due to its focus on recruiting and training more franchisees with military experience. Aspiring “vetrepreneurs,” those active military and their families with a passion for travel can be their own boss, travel and sell the world with Cruise Planners.

A 2014 study prepared by Franchise Business Review for the International Franchise Association (IFA) found that, since 2011, 203,000 veterans and military spouses have started careers in franchising. Cruise Planners offers unique benefits that make it attractive for active military, military spouses and veterans to invest in a Cruise Planners franchise, Cruise Planners said in a written release.

Cruise Planners’ Veterans Initiative Program provides nearly 30 percent in savings and gives the military community the opportunity to become their own boss and build a home-based travel franchise.

Veterans and military personnel interested in owning a Cruise Planners franchise can visit the Cruise Planners military page at www.cruiseplannersfranchise.com. The complete list is published in the June issue of G.I. Jobs.
