CruiseCompete Posts Agency Ratings

CruiseCompete.com, which allows consumers to submit quote requests and receive multiple, competing offers from independent travel agencies, now is providing customer ratings of the agencies. CruiseCompete.com users can access detailed information on each agency and agent that offers a quote; profiles include a member travel agency's Better Business Bureau report, detailed agency and agent background, a chart of overall consumer ratings, and individual customer comments, all available at the click of a mouse. More than 250,000 customers have accessed CruiseCompete.com to request cruise prices from more than 150 member travel agencies.
