Crystal Updates Booking Engine

Crystal Cruises has augmented its agent-only CruiseBuilder online booking engine, providing more customization options and administrative services for travel agents. New features include the ability to personalize profiles and grant or restrict access to each agency's roster of bookings, including access to commission details. "What agents love most is the ability to see every aspect of a booking on one page—air arrangements, visa requirements, shore excursions, special requests—which can then be sent directly to the guest with a personalized note from the booking agent," says Barbara Gilliam, Crystal's vice president of passenger services.
