Dream Vacations is expanding its groups program with the ability to accept online registration payments. The move allows the travel agency franchise’s Dream Vacations Groups Registration to accept credit card payments within an online groups registration platform. The tool can also allow franchisees to create and customize professional group event websites that showcase amenity options, highlight itineraries, accept secure payments during the initial registration process and more.
In a written statement Dream Vacations VP of Information Technology Sandi Szalay said that having a tool that captures basic booking information increases accuracy and allows franchise owners more time to cultivate relationships and enhance their groups’ overall experience.
The new payment function allows franchisees to capture initial booking information at any time of day and it allows consumers to choose how much they want their initial payment to be. Each passenger in a cabin also has the option of paying together or individually.
Dream Vacations also offers home-based travel agency franchise owners a Groups Concierge program. Available at no additional cost, this turn-key service handles all of the complex details that go into servicing and executing a successful group, including but not limited to contract negotiation, data entry, building groups, closing sales and more.
