E-Ticketing on Rise, Amadeus Says

Amadeus is saying that it expects the trend toward e-ticketing to continue this year with a greater portion of tickets issued through the GDS coming in that format. Currently, 64.5 percent of the tickets issued through Amadeus are e-tickets, the company says, adding that Amadeus expects the percentage to rise to 70 percent by the end of 2006.
