DoSomethingDifferent.com, a U.K.-based consumer site showcasing excursions across Europe, has launched a version for the industry. This trade version of the web site displays a retailer's own logo and allow agents to choose which destinations to display--from whitewater rafting in Scotland or tickets to Moulin Rouge in Paris.

"The new technology we have developed will give retailers and operators an exciting portfolio of products to offer their customers, as well as allowing agents to be in control of their own pricing," said Ian Coyle, commercial director of DoSomethingDifferent. "I wanted to be able to give the trade a booking system that they can confidently show to their customers on the screen, where our own branding is replaced completely with the retailer's own, once logged in to the system."
