ATLANTA, Georgia -- As part of our coverage of the recently-concluded 2013 Travel Leaders National Meeting, Travel Agent was on hand for the company's prestigious "Golden Legacy Award" presentation.

Franchisees Louise and Paul Lascik of Johns Creek, Georgia took home the honor at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. The Golden Legacy Award honors Travel Leaders Associates (franchisees) whose lifetime achievements best exemplify the franchise system’s entrepreneurial spirit and highest quality standards.

“Their personal partnership has provided the foundation for a very successful business partnership in which Louise is the energetic ‘face’ of the business – hitting the road and bringing in new business travel clients day in and day out," says Roger E. Block, president of Travel Leaders Franchise Group. "Paul works just as hard, focusing on the operations and the numbers."

Travel Leaders of Johns Creek’s success is largely based on being aggressive, proactive and believing there is always new business to be won, says Block.

The Lasciks have created very different and unique marketing ideas to build their pipeline of potential new business customers, as well as to add new leisure travel clients. Together, they foster an environment that is very “team oriented” with positive reinforcement and a constant focus on exceeding their clients’ needs, says Block.
