GOGO Launches GOBook for Travel Agents

GOGO Worldwide Vacations has unveiled its GOBook, calling it a groundbreaking new travel agent tool that will be made available to all GOGO customers by the end of the year. GOGO has partnered with iZento - the trip planning and itinerary building service - to offer agents an easy way to dramatically enhance their online marketing and client deliverables through the creation of agency-branded, customized GOBook Trip Journals. The new tools will assist agents to attract new clients and build client loyalty, GOGO believes.

GOGO says it will leverage iZento's patent-pending itinerary building technology to automatically create and update each GOBook based on the trip elements booked by the travel agent. Travel pros can share the GOBook journals directly with their clients - no interaction required - or optionally customize each travel itinerary by adding their logo and branding, a client message, and GOGO tour and dining recommendations.

GOGO says the result is a truly personalized, one-of-a-kind virtual trip journal that includes traveler details, a trip calendar; air, car, hotel, and transfer reservations, detailed destination guides and city maps. Agents can share via email, post on Facebook, and download and print journals directly from the GOGO site. Access to these professional GOBook trip journals will be available later in 2010 to all agents who book through GOGO's website and call centers.

"GOGO is committed to helping travel professionals be more successful and profitable," said Michele Kish, President of GOGO Worldwide Vacations. "That's precisely why we’ve partnered with iZento to offer the new GOBook - an advanced, yet easy-to-use tool that enables agents to take their client deliverables to the next level, market effectively online and in social media, and significantly enhance their customer service and professional image."

In addition to reservations, GOGO reports it will include a comprehensive list of "agent recommendations" for must-see activities and attractions in top travel destinations worldwide, that can be simply selected and imported into the journal.

"Not only does the 'agent recommendations' feature provide a more personalized travel document, but it also represents the perfect platform to market add-on sales to clients," added Kish. "It's another way we are showing our support for agents - enabling them to enhance the client's travel experience while boosting the agent's income with incremental sales."

The unique GOGO interface is designed to provide maximum efficiency for agents - reservation updates are processed and added automatically by the application, and sharing, posting on Facebook, and printing/downloading documents are all accessed with a single click.

"The GOBook represents a powerful marketing and client-communication tool that will attract new customers and build client loyalty--we're delighted to be a part of GOGO’s vision to provide agents a significant edge in the marketplace," said Tony Del Favero, co-founder of iZento.

GOGO Worldwide Vacations is preparing to unveil this new, complimentary GOBook trip journal service by the end of 2010. For agents or agencies who would like more information or updates on this exciting new offering, please visit the company's website at http://www.gogowwv.com.
