Hertz Wins GBTA Innovation Awards

diplomaHertz was a big winner in the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) and Fast Company's annual 2012 Business Traveler Innovation Awards. Business travelers nominated services, products and ideas that help to make life on the road more productive. Hertz won in three categories. The overall winner of the People’s Choice Award will be announced at the 2012 GBTA Convention in Boston, Mass. on  July 24, 2012.

Other travel industry technology winners included Sabre, Kayak.com, Carlson Wagonlit and Expert Flyer.

Category 1: Sustainable Practice
Criteria: Outstanding and original environmental efforts in the travel industry

Innovation: Green Traveler Collection
