Hong Kong Unveils Specialist Course

The Hong Kong Tourism Board has launched a new online destination-specialist course. The U.S. version of the course went live this week through the Travel Institute. Graduates earn nine continuing-education credits from the institute, and receive such benefits as e-news updates; videos, displays and other collateral; pre-qualification to join HKTB study tours; and advance notice of events, tours, seminars and trade opportunities. Cost is $49 for institute members and $59 for non-members. Existing Hong Kong specialists can register for free until October 31. Visit [www.specialisthk.com] to register.
