Island Destinations, has added to its executive team with the appointment of a new chief operating officer, Laurie Palumbo. Palumbo will handle the entire Travelers Collection, which includes luxury properties throughout Bermuda, the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Mexico, French Polynesia, Fiji, Hawaii, Dubai and the Maldives. Palumbo most recently served as senior vice president for GOGO Worldwide Vacations, where she oversaw all sales, marketing and operations for 40 GOGO branches located throughout the United States.
