New York City-based IsramWorld on Thursday announced the opening of a new inside sales development division. The division was created to help travel agents handle special requests by offering web-based marketing support, sales incentives, customized collateral material and a person-to-person help desk, said Ady Gelber, the company's CEO and executive chairman of the board. The division will be housed at company headquarters in New York and will be managed by Raffaella De Luca, IsramWorld's former regional sales manager for the company.
