Innovative Travel Acquisitions, Inc. (ITA) has announced the sale of Corporate Travel Services (CTS, Inc), a Minneapolis, MN corporate agency to a Mid-Western private equity firm. CTS, Inc. does $60 million in annual sales volume, according to Bob Sweeney, president of ITA.
ITA has also announced the sale of Bruce Travel, a Florida- based retail agency, to the largest travel agency in the Caribbean, Going Places Travel.
