Leisure Industry Veteran Relaunches Consultancy Business

Jim Smith, the former senior vice president of Auto Europe's industry relations, has returned to his roots as an industry consultant, relaunching Market Share and Brand Congruency. Both Auto Europe and Active International have already signed on as clients. Market Share will focus on professional competency assessment and development programs in sales and service, while Brand Congruency will concentrate on market research within the travel sector. "This approach," says Smith of his multi-tasking talents, "will facilitate the harnessing of a deep talent pool of industry collaborators and result in Market Share's ability to effectively serve any business involved in the sales and marketing of leisure travel products and services."
