Egyptian cotton sheets. Michelin three-star restaurant. Caviar facials. For your luxury clients, you pull out all the stops to ensure every element of their itinerary is the finest. At Luxury Travel Expo this year, we speak each day to travel advisors who yearn to make more from this profitable niche. Our goal is to deliver timely and relevant education and to assemble the world’s leading brands in our exhibit hall so that you can become an expert advisor.

Shortly, we will be announcing our phenomenal program, but already we have convinced Nancy Friedman, the Telephone Doctor, to return to the Luxury Travel Expo stage. One of our most popular speakers, Nancy combines service techniques with dynamic presentation skills for a lively content-rich program.

The second annual Luxury Travel Exchange, our appointment-based event held in conjunction with Luxury Travel Expo, gives you the opportunity to have a true information exchange with featured suppliers. This is held on Tuesday (December 6), and advisors looking to participate need to apply for it during their Luxury Travel Expo registration process; a separate application form for the exchange will be available this summer. Those applicants who qualify will be partially hosted and will receive two nights of accommodation and resort fees plus a complimentary Bronze Pass to the Expo. It is the ideal event for those wishing to start building important relationships before the trade show floor opens!

We are also excited to announce a brand-new incentive for agents who register early—Experience Extraordinary. Meant to reward you with the very luxe experiences that you create for your affluent clientele, monthly themes will be introduced and will include five-star beach vacations and  city escapes as well as certificates for the finest restaurants, premium merchants and exciting tours in Las Vegas. The earlier you register the more chances you have to win. This month is Money May when we give out $1,000 in American Express Gift Cards and lucky casino chips for use in the Mandalay Bay Casino.

Each year, Luxury Travel Expo partners with luxury properties so you can experience the best of Las Vegas at exclusive rates. This year’s host hotel, Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, is just steps away from all Expo events. Be sure to enjoy the Shark Reef Aquarium and take some time to step into the state of Zen at Spa Mandalay. The hotel is home to some of the city’s best restaurants, featuring Top Chef Masters “cheftestants” Rick Moonen and Hubert Keller. As an added bonus, advisors who register and reserve their stay in our housing block will save $10 on their registration pass.

Attending Luxury Travel Expo will allow you to find the extraordinary—in our sessions, on our trade show floor and at Mandalay Bay. See you in Las Vegas this December!
