Kazlauskas joins FROSCH from Insight Vacations, where he was president for the last 12 years. While at Insight, Kazlauskas was responsible for growing the business over 200 percent, winning several industry awards and accolades, and playing a central role as Insight grew and expanded its leadership in the Premium and Luxury escorted tour business.

With Kazlauskas' departure, Insight Vacations has announced that Philip Cappelli has been appointed as the new president of the U.S. division effective February 22. After serving as the vice president of sales for the past two and a half years, Cappelli is ideally suited for this position and his demonstrated leadership abilities have already had a significant impact on Insight’s sales growth and overall success, Insight Vacations said.

“I am very pleased to publicly welcome Philip Cappelli into the top role,” said John Boulding, president and CEO of Insight Vacations Global. “Phil is well respected by the team and our travel agency partners. He has the right experience and is now the right person to take us into the future.”

“Marc has led Insight Vacations as its president for nearly 12 years, and he has been an outstanding contributor not just to his brand but also to The Travel Corporation,” said Richard Launder, president of The Travel Corporation. “Anyone who knows Marc also knows how much he cares for Insight and all the people he works with. He has truly been at the forefront of the Insight brand and he leaves the Travel Corporation as a wonderful colleague and friend – we wish him the best as he begins the next chapter of his career. We thank him for his years of service and he will be greatly missed by us all.”

Before joining Insight, Kazlauskas held senior executive positions at Tauck, Trafalgar, and Orient Lines.

During his 20 years in the industry, Kazlauskas has always been a staunch advocate for the agency channel and established many programs and seminars on educating the trade on sales, marketing, customer service and strategic planning, FROSCH said.

Bryan Leibman, president and CEO of FROSCH, said, "I have the utmost regard for Marc and his leadership ability. I have been tremendously impressed by his strength of character, reputation and significant accomplishments."

Kazlauskas will be based in the company’s New York office when he joins FROSCH on March 3, 2014.
