MAST Hosts All Star Agents In Mexico

Top sales producers in the MAST Travel Network were recently hosted by Travel Impressions at the Iberostar Grand Paraiso Resort in the Riviera Maya for the annual All Star trip. The five-day rewards trip featured gourmet dinners accented by specially created food and beverage experiences and recreational activities in the resort, MAST reports.

During the meeting, John Werner, MAST’s president and COO, unveiled a number of new member programs and services, including the MAST business coaching program, launched this summer. The program provides individualized, custom agency support in areas ranging from business operations, marketing, technology, customer sales, services and employee compensation.

MAST Rewards was also  introduced. The program offers an opportunity for members to earn membership and bonus rewards for their participation in education, marketing, meeting and events, and increased engagement in the organization.

New promotional marketing activities using social media combined with web marketing to send customer leads to member agencies were also reviewed. MAST said its agencies will also be taking advantage of new database segmentation tools to better target their customers.

Also announced was a plan to increase the number of members who are shareholders in MAST.  The new plan allows opportunities for member agencies to help formulate and direct organizational strategies that build agency profits and raises the value of membership.

MAST Travel Network  has nearly 200 agency members in ten states and Canada.
