MGM Resorts International Releases Corporate Responsibility Report

MGM Resorts International has recently released their Corporate Responsibility Worksheet, named "Inspiring Our World".

The report details the company's commitment to inspiring responsible behavior in Diversity & Inclusion, Philanthropy & Community Engagement, and Environmental Responsibility & Sustainability.

Environmental Responsibility is a top priority within the company, as seen by MGM Resorts being ranked as the most "green" resort and casino company in 2011 by Newsweek.

In terms of Diversity, the company was noted as one of the top companies for diversity in over half a dozen magazines including, DiversityInc, Hispanic Business, LATINA Style, and Black Enterprise, among many other honors.

And in Philanthropy, it was noted that employees in 2011 donated $4.6 million to more than 1,000 community-based nonprofit organizations, and since 2002, the MGM Resorts Foundation has invested $45 million in other community-based programs.
