MTravel.com, the host agency division of Montrose Travel, has launched several new services and products for the leisure and corporate clients of its home-based agents. The new tools will empower MTravel’s agents and help member agents compete for both leisure and corporate business.
FlightStats is an online corporate booking engine that allows clients to be advised of flight delays and cancellations. Clients who book on MTravel.com's private labeled site and use FlightStats can track their flights and receive notification of significant delays or cancellations on their itinerary.
Also new is Cliqbook, a tool for managed travel programs that offers online booking, reporting and support that make the travel procurement process quick and easy. Cliqbook can also reduce
travel booking costs and fees.
MTravel also launched its Travel GPA Report Card that enables corporate customers to assess how well their travel program is being managed. It measures strengths and weaknesses against company goals, compares peers within their industry and accounts with similar travel spending.
CorpConnect Portal has also been launched. This is a one-stop resource for travel information. The CorpConnect Portal provides seamless connectivity, maximum convenience, exceptional quality and huge savings for the large corporate customers of its home-based agents, Montrose said.
The new services are part of Montrose’s ongoing effort to provide quality services to agents.
