Each year, we carefully sift through your feedback to plan the roster of speakers, general session presentations and breakout session topics for Luxury Travel Expo. This year, we went a step further and conducted in-depth research to find out exactly what kinds of educational programs you want to experience at the show. We know that you will return from the show to your offices better prepared than ever to sell more from this profitable niche.

Excel with More than 25 Sessions!

You can plan on more than 25 sessions, including case studies, tips from peers and suppliers and firsthand knowledge to excel in luxury. Tuesday commences with a pair of three-hour CLIA seminars, including a brand-new session “Specialty Cruising,” and the second edition of the popular “Local Public Relations Techniques: How to Maximize Your Agency’s Visibility.” Later that afternoon, we are excited to introduce “Social Media 202: You Know ‘How’ but Do You Know ‘What’s Next’ or ‘Best’?” If you are active on social media and looking for the latest tips to grow your business, then this session is for you.

New Tuesday General Session!

Tuesday also brings a new day and time for our popular kick-off general session. Make sure you arrive in town early for the 3:45pm start time as we have phenomenal programming in store, including the return of Nancy Friedman. We welcome her back as she presents “Seven Traits that Define a Dynamic, Successful Luxury Agent.” Her savvy and laugh-out-loud style will put you in the right attitude to deliver success.

Wednesday Peak and New Learning Luncheon!

Wednesday has our popular product knowledge sessions and the return of our popular “He Said, She Said, They Said.” Robert Romano of Fugazi Travel Agency and Valerie Wilson of Valerie Wilson Travel present a new twist as they report on “Islands of Adventure: The Most Pampering Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.”

New to Luxury Travel Expo is the Wednesday Learning Luncheon where you can re-energize yourself while learning about “Sailing into 2012: Luxury Trends in Cruising.” Also planned is the Leaders in Luxury Awards, a not-to-be-missed networking opportunity where you have the insider track on the success stories of the best of the best in luxury travel.
