Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance has signed an agreement to purchase MyAssist Inc. and Insure America LLC from Noel Group.
MyAssist is a live-agent personal-assistance and telematics service provider and Insure America LLC is a niche program administrator which provides insurance products to the travel industry.
John Noel, founder, chairman and CEO of Noel Group, will continue to head the MyAssist and Insure America operations and focus on growing these businesses globally.
