NACTA Nights Reach Out to Home-Based Agents

The National Association of Commissioned Travel Agents has created a series of new chapter events called "NACTA Nights." Designed to motivate, inspire and educate home-based travel professionals, NACTA Nights will deliver a supplier presentation, guest motivational speakers and networking among home-based travel agents in their own communities. Each NACTA Night will run from 5 to 7 p.m. and include a wine-and-cheese reception. "Our goal is to bring our members and all other home-based travel professionals new and exciting events across the country," said Joanie Ogg, NACTA President." These events will also be part of the development of new local NACTA chapters," said Alleigh Grieder, director of sales and marketing for NACTA. Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruise Lines will sponsor the first 14 events April through June. The schedule to date is April 25 Burbank; April 27 Santa Monica; May 2 Las Vegas; May 9 Sarasota; May 9 San Jose; May 11 Ft. Myers; May 23 Memphis; June 6 Baltimore; June 6 Eugene; June 8 Arlington; June 13 Kansas City; June 15 St. Louis; June 27 Uniondale; June 29 Bellevue. Register online at [www.nacta.com].
