New Amadeus e-Cruise Platform Introduced

Amadeus previewed its new cruise selling technology for agents attending the Cruise3sixty conference in Fort Lauderdale on Monday; the new platform is a fully integrated, Web-based booking solution for agents and will be available mid-year for the U.S. market, later for global markets. Any travel agent regardless of their GDS affiliation can use platform, and features a consumer booking site, an agent desktop application, and a flexible suite of reporting tools. Agents have real-time access to comprehensive content, including direct access to 16 cruise lines representing more than 90 percent of the cruise products available today.
