Pilots, FedEX Corporation Reach Tentative Deal After 29 Months

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that after 29 months of negotiations, FedEx Corporation and the union representing its pilots have reached a tentative labor agreement. The deal is pending approval from the executive council at the Air Line Pilots Associations' Fed Ex unit before the pilots union can vote. If approved, the deal would lead to a 9 percent wage increase the first year with an additional 3 percent annually for another three years.
