Princess, Cunard Launch OneSource Website

Nowadays everyone is riding the electronic wave, with media outlets on traditional websites, Facebook, Twitter, and a host of many others. Adding to the deluge of newly launched sites, Princess Cruises and Cunard Line have started a new version of the OneSource travel agent web portal at This new site allows visitors to “cruise” through a number of resources for access to sales and marketing, bookings, media, and more.

The redesigned sales and marketing section of the website expands upon a previous version of eTools, with customizable promotional emails, advertising materials, eFlyers, and eBrochures.  This section also includes a sales report function so that agents can monitor business trends and sales patterns within the company.

For automated assistance, “OneSource Answers” provides agents with many of the same resources used by customer service agents on the phone.  The searchable database displays information about policies, procedures, ports of call, onboard info, and more.  Agents can also turn to the “Princess Media Library” for access to over 300 cruise images for use on their own promotional materials and websites.

Booking cruises is handled on the site by the POLAR Online booking engine, and agents interested in more extensive online training programs can sign up for free online webinars.
