“We invited Protravel’s most discriminating clientele to join us for this exceptional evening to learn more about all the truly amazing and wondrous travel opportunities our experts are skilled at making a reality,” explained Priscilla Alexander, President of Protravel International, who personally greeted the guests.

“In addition to enjoying fine cuisine, our guests discovered the best in exploration, adventure and relaxation. Thanks to Protravel’s partnerships with the travel industry’s most sought-after providers, our clients not only learned about the latest innovations in travel, but they are availing themselves of the expert counsel from our San Diego office in planning their unique journeys," Alexander said.

Protravel said it launched  its first Luxury Travel Showcase due to the growing significance of the affluent clientele now served through Protravel’s local office. The event  proved comparable in size to long-established Protravel Luxury Travel Showcases in Beverly Hills and New York.

Each guest was presented upon entry with a Protravel tote bag, allowing them to collect all the promotional items handed out. Protravel customers had the opportunity to interact with all participating travel suppliers, who exhibited their offerings through video, pop-up posters and elaborate table décor. Travel companies donated prizes – ranging from airline tickets to deluxe hotel accommodations – that were raffled off to every consumer in attendance. At the close of the evening, each guest received a Protravel umbrella.

The showcase also included a charitable donation to Scripps Health - Cancer Care, which mobilizes all the oncology resources of five hospital campuses in San Diego. Protravel International is a Travel Leaders Group company.
