Questex Unveils Revamped Travel Agent University E- Learning Site

Travel Agent University, with 38,500 certified members, is the industry’s largest online travel agent community and education site and has graduated more specialists than any other industry education program, awarding over 60,000 diplomas annually. Travel professionals can choose their specialty, complete courses and earn rewards and exclusive deals while earning accreditation.
The e-learning site’s resource center provides access to valuable sales tools, webinars, videos, itineraries and other assets designed to help agents increase sales after they graduate. “Over 14 percent of graduates completed one of our 50-plus global certification courses on a mobile device,” she said. “The design of our e-learning platform is led by the way agents work today and how they will work tomorrow. Newbury said the site gained nearly 200 percent more new subscribers weekly since launching last month.
