Rocco Forte Hotels Launches Web Site for Travel Agents

Rocco Forte Hotels has launched a new web site dedicated to the travel agent community. The web site is designed to provide a one-stop shop for travel agents wanting to book or find out further details about any of the Rocco Forte Hotels properties. Travel agents can access information on the following areas: how to book via GDS, featuring all Rocco Forte Hotels' property codes; GDS help desk, which provides a helpdesk telephone number, e-mail and online registration form in case of any technical issues or questions; booking via voice, providing the numbers for Rocco Forte Hotels' toll-free global voice reservation offices; information on receiving commissions through World Payment Systems; and contact details for all the Rocco Forte Hotels' regional offices worldwide. Additional features include an online image library, downloadable brochures in PDF format and hotel fact sheets. Later in the year, the site also will launch its own GDS code. At the end of this month, the company will rebrand to The Rocco Forte Collection and the new travel agents' web site is part of this process. Visit [www.rfctraveltrade.com].
