Sabre Adds Regent and Oceania Cruises

Sabre Travel Network reports that the voyage inventory for Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises will be available beginning June 1 to all Sabre-connected travel agencies.

Sabre says the inventory is currently available to several beta customers using Sabre Cruises or the Sabre Cruises API. The addition of Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises, both units of Prestige Cruise Holdings, brings the number of cruise lines offered through Sabre's cruise shopping and booking tools to fourteen, Sabre says.

"Providing access to Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises inventory through the Sabre GDS agency network expands our reach into the agency community and gives our most important partners another efficient platform to secure memorable vacation experiences for their clients aboard our award-winning vessels," said Kunal S. Kamlani, president and COO of Prestige Cruise Holdings.

Sabre's cruise tools offer travel agents access to cruise lines' systems for real-time, shopping and booking, 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.

Sabre says that the addition of Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises give agents the ability to increase their luxury and upper-premium cruise offerings to their customers with the use of Sabre cruise booking tools.

"With the addition of Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises, Sabre cruise tools provide agents even more customer service and revenue potential by providing more participating cruise lines with varied offerings," said David Gross, senior vice president – supplier distribution, Sabre Travel Network.
