Seabourn Extends Reservation Hours For Agents

Seabourn has extended the hours for calls to its reservations department, looking to better cater to travel agencies in western time zones and home-based agents with varying work schedules. Cruise sales consultants can now be reached from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm EST. "We recognize that many others within the agency community are changing the way they work, so we want to provide them with the service they expect and deserve," said Pamela Conover, Seabourn's president. Agents can still book online via Seabourn's web site during off hours, with the bookings being acted upon the next work day.
