LAS VEGAS--As part of its 13th International Conference and Trade Show, Vacation.com has announced highlights from its 2012 Cruise Space program.
Cruise Space is the umbrella term that covers Vacation.com's Vacation Vignettes, Amenity Departures and Culinary Collection. In 2012 Vacation.com members will have over 1,000 Cruise Space sailings from which to choose, which will offer a wide array of options with free amenities to almost all of their cruise clients.
"In a recent survey, Cruise Space programs were the second highest rated benefit of membership behind enhanced commissions," said Stephen McGillivray, chief marketing officers for Travel Leaders Group in a press conference today, June 20.
So agents can better promote these vacations, the company has unveiled new marketing materials created exclusively for Vacation.com members. The materials feature new cruise provider MSC Cruises, which joins both Vacation Vignettes and Amenity Departures.
For those not in the know, Vacation Vignettes offers packages sold only through Vaacation.com members that feature a Concierge Host, an Exclusive Shore Event and a Private Cocktail Reception on each sailing. Amenity Departure Dates provides special amenities such as shipboard credits, prepaid gratuities and free specialty restaurant meals. Culinary Collection is a new food- and wine-themed sailings program on board luxury cruise lines.
