South African Tourism Nets New Country Manager

Sthuthukile Zungu has been appointed country manager for the U.S. for South African Tourism, overseeing all promotion of travel and tourism in the U.S. Deborah Parker, who has been acting country manager for the past three months, will assist Zungu in her transition and continue in her role as trade relations manager for the East Coast, the organization said in a statement. Zungu joined South African Tourism's Milan operations in 2003, helping to develop and implement marketing and business plans for both consumers and trade in Italy.
