South Florida Hurricane Season Should Be Calmer Than Last Year

Weather experts are predicting a fairly normal hurricane season for 2006 with about two named storms in July, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. Last July saw five named storms, including three hurricanes, the most active on record. It helped make 2005 the busiest year on record, with 28 storms, including 15 hurricanes.
