Starwood Names Matt Ouimet President, Hotel Group

Matt Ouimet, former president of the Disneyland Resort, is joining Starwood Hotels & Resorts in the newly created position of president of the hotel group. Ouimet will oversee hotel operations worldwide for Starwood's nine brands, reporting to Steven Heyer, CEO. The company's four divisional presidents for North America; Latin America; Asia-Pacific; and Europe, Africa and the Middle East will report to Ouimet, who will be based in the White Plains, NY headquarters.
