Flight compensation company AirHelp reports that more than 15,800 flights were disrupted at U.S. airports during Easter weekend, and passengers who traveled to the European Union (EU) between Good Friday and Easter Monday may be entitled to claim approximately $4.85 million due to flight disruptions.
During Easter weekend this year, Good Friday, March 30, 2018, saw the largest airport crowds as many people traveled directly before the holiday weekend.
These were the top 10 flight routes that experienced the highest number of flight disruptions:

- Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) to Orlando International Airport (MCO)
- New York LaGuardia Airport (LGA) to Boston Edward L. Logan International Airport (BOS)
- New York LaGuardia Airport (LGA) to Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL)
- New York LaGuardia Airport (LGA) to Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL)
