Survey Finds Business Travelers Are Loyal to Hotel Chains

TripAdvisor's recent survey of more than 2,100 international travelers found that 68 percent of respondents return to the same hotel chain when traveling on business. Marriott was selected as the number-one hotel chain for work-related travel followed by Hilton, Holiday Inn, Sheraton and Best Western. Location ranked highest as the most important hotel feature followed by high-speed Internet access. The survey also found that 34 percent of respondents will take one to three business trips this year while close to 10 percent said they will take 10 or more in 2006.
