Tak-Tak Network Launches Martinique Tours

Les Salines, taken by Ian SewellThis season, the Tak-Tak Network has anounced the introduction of Martinique into its program, featuring the history and cultural heritage of the Caribbean country. Incorporating elements of the island's culture, the ground operator introduces the French- and Creole-influenced region through tours that can be tailored to each visitor's interests.

Experience options include an introduction to the country's native dances like le bidgin bélè and its interactive storytelling tradition. We like the network's exploration of how centuries-old farming traditions, rum production and bee-keeping traditions continue today, toward Martinique's culinary production.
