The Sabre Travel Network division TRAMS is rebranding TRAMS Marketing Alliance (TMA) as ClientBase Marketing Services (CBMS). Product capabilities and integration with ClientBase and TRAMS office products will remain the same. Sabre said the move will more accurately align product name with capabilities.
CBMS works with ClientBase and TRAMS Back Office users to centralize a daily, two-way synchronized copy of the agencies' ClientBase/TRAMS Back Office database from which segmented promotions are then designed and delivered. Programs are completely turnkey for agency participants. Also, because of the two-way synchronizing, clients getting specific promotions are tagged for agencies to be able to easily see and report upon which clients got what promotions and with what specific results.
CBMS is available to leisure agencies of all sizes. Participating agencies can choose from dozens of suppliers to promote to their clients and hundreds of specific promotions and campaigns. CBMS guarantees an increase in repeat business rate of participating agencies.
