Travel Impressions has launched its new Facebook social media series #VAXFacts . The series will continue through March 29 and will aim to help agents better utilize VAX VacationAccess.

Similar to the #DVF101 series Travel Impressions launched after it began offering Dedicated Vacation Flights (now called Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights), the program will provide short and simple training guidance on how to use VAX VacationAccess. The new series will build on the VAX Hacks on-site training course the company offered at its 23rd annual Best of the Best conference and awards gala, offering more in-depth tips and shortcuts.

The company will post new lessons every Friday through March on Facebook. The series will present new features of the booking platform, guidance on how to use these features and step-by-step instructions for specific processes. #VAXFacts will look at registration, booking basics, price matches, group bookings, special requests and new tools, like sending customized quote emails.
