Travel Leaders Group Promotes Pam Massey to Vice President, Partner Marketing

pam masseyTravel Leaders Group reports that longtime Group Marketing Department director Pam Massey has been promoted to vice president, partner marketing. 

Massey joined the company in 2001 as’s director of national accounts before moving into an expanded role for all of Travel Leaders Group in 2011. Based in Alexandria, Virginia, Massey reports directly to Travel Leaders Group chief marketing officer Stephen McGillivray.

Massey first entered the travel agency industry in 1998 as a marketing manager for the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA). After joining in 2001, she established an account management team to plan and execute supplier partner marketing plans.

After was acquired by Travel Leaders Group, the Marketing Department became a centralized function for the entire enterprise and Massey was asked to replicate her responsibilities for Travel Leaders Associates (franchisees) and Results! Travel, the group said.

As part of her latest promotion, Massey will also oversee the account management team for Cruise Holidays. All totaled, Massey has a team of ten direct reports.
