Travel Leaders Launches "Matchmaking Service" for Independent Contractors

travel agentTravel Leaders has announced it has launched a brand new Independent Contractor (IC) recruitment campaign and website, www.TravelLeadersHosts.com, as part of its Independent Contractor Center of Excellence program. The recruitment campaign, which is predicated on “National Strength, Local Presence,” is aimed at making it easier for ICs to be matched with a Travel Leaders franchise agency as one’s host, Travel Leaders said. Travel Leaders and a number of its agency owners will have a presence at several upcoming tradeshows where agents can learn even more including: Home Based Travel Agent Forum OSSN, Travel Industry Exchange, and others.

At www.TravelLeadersHosts.com, which was first debuted at Cruise3Sixty, ICs can search for a potential Travel Leaders brick-and-mortar host agency by viewing a map of the United States. The “pins” on the map reflect Travel Leaders host agencies that are actively looking to grow their IC business.

ICs will be able to peruse multiple profiles written to highlight benefits that each host agency offers. Through search results, they will be able to learn the following about Travel Leaders’ participating host agencies:
