Travel Leaders Launches Social Media, Marketing Improvements at National Meeting

Travel Leaders has unveiled new online enhancements and marketing tools to entice more customers and save money for each franchise at its annual National Meeting in Las Vegas.

Travel Leaders’ newly released SCORE 2.0 system allows customers to interact with agents without clicking through heaps of windows via the new “Agent Profiler.”  Through the “Agent Profiler” consumers can browse Travelleaders.com for the agent who most appeals to them.

Also, travel agents can use the “Agent Profiler” to provide a full representation of their expertise and knowledge, along with photos and biographies (much like a Facebook or a LinkedIn profile).

This is great for the individual agents and for the franchisees as a whole. The “Agent Profiler” allows Travel Leaders Associates (franchisees) to manage the skill sets of their agents and easily know the areas of expertise housed within the entire agency, as well as better understand the gaps in knowledge that could or should be filled.

Another new focus of SCORE 2.0 will be on selling top destinations in South America.

“We’re proud that we’re joining with key suppliers in adding points in South America as part of SCORE 2.0,” said Roger E. Block, CTC, president of Travel Leaders Franchise Group.

The company will also launch its InteGREAT consolidated marketing platform and changes to its award-winning Postcards consumer magazine.

“Whoever best knows and understands client behavior, owns those customers. As a one-stop-shop CRM, Travel Leaders’ InteGREAT aims to know client behavior like never before so that we can not only better anticipate their needs, but also more effectively and appropriately target them with the most relevant offers based on their booking histories,” said Block.

The quarterly Postcards is receiving a significant makeover that will only enhance its relevancy among associates’ most discerning clientele. The cover and overall layout will be redesigned as well as new features and editorial coverage.

Travel Leaders also unveiled a revolutionary new technology offerings designed to significantly reduce costs for its hundreds of franchisees: Managed Mid-Office and Mobile App Program. Travel Leaders Managed Mid-Office technology will offer quality control and autoticketing solutions, along with full in-house technology support. The Mobile App Program features a mobile app that Travel Leaders Associates (franchisees) can provide to corporate travel managers to track travelers, push interactive itineraries and notify travelers of potential issues during their trips.
