John Lovell, president of both Travel Leaders Leisure Group and Vacation.com, reports the promotion of executives in the wake of realigning Vacation.com under the Travel Leaders Leisure Group umbrella.
Tiffany Glass will now serve as Chief Operating Officer, Jim Nathan has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing, and Bernadette Stark has been named Vice President of Conference/Events Planning & Training.
They join current Travel Leaders Leisure Group leadership, including Kevin Weisner (Cruise Holidays), Greg Nacco (Cruise Specialists), Jody Ryland (wholly-owned) and Janet Lanterman (business development).
“These moves allow our team to better leverage programs, assets and personnel across all of Travel Leaders Leisure Group to benefit each of our business units,” noted Lovell. “This is especially good news for our franchisees and members, whose success remains our paramount focus.”
Tiffany Glass has most recently served as Vacation.com’s Vice President of Ecommerce and Technology, overseeing development of member-facing solutions including Agent Universe, as well as the Stream prepaid hotel program for the entire Travel Leaders Group organization.
Jim Nathan has served as Director of Marketing for Vacation.com over the past seven years. He has been responsible for Vacation.com’s consumer marketing programs, including its Engagement direct mail and email. Bernadette Stark joined Vacation.com in August 2004 as a trainer after first entering the travel industry in 1986. Through her nearly 10-year career with Vacation.com, she has risen through the ranks, including her most recent role as Director of Conference, Events & Training for the organization.
Travel Leaders Group CEO Barry Liben congratulated each of the executives. “Each of our leaders within the newly reconstituted Travel Leaders Leisure Group is well-suited to maximize the profitability of this business,” Liben said. “Realigning Vacation.com under the auspices of Travel Leaders Leisure Group better reflects our continuing evolution as leaders in travel.”
