Host agency Travel Planners International (TPI) has endorsed Trisept Solutions’ Xcelerator platform.
The Xcelrator agency operating system integrates business management and customer engagement tools, as well as well-established connections to industry-leading suppliers. Through the platform agents can also organize, automate and synchronize sales, marketing and client services on a central dashboard.
TPI has a network of over 3,300 travel professionals. As part of the endorsement, Trisept is directly integrating Xcelerator to TPI Central, the host agency’s extranet. Trisept and TPI will also provide training and support.
TPI agents can sign up to access Xcelerator immediately. They will also have access to the platform’s Discover functionality, a cognitive search feature powered by IBM Watson and technology from WayBlazer, which is set to launch later this year.
