Travelers Advantage, a Norwalk-CT-based membership travel service, has removed all booking and cancellation fees for its cruise program. "Many times, travelers can be unpleasantly surprised when travel agencies add their fee for booking cruises during the reservation process—and with steep cancellation penalties," said Leslie Downey, director of communications for Travelers Advantage. "Typically you can expect to pay a $20 processing fee per ticket when using a traditional agency with cancellation fees of nearly $80, but members of Travelers Advantage can now avoid these pesky fees."
