TRAVELSAVERS announced that it has established a strategic foothold in the Middle East with the addition of the UTravel group. UTravel has become the exclusive licensee for TRAVELSAVERS Israel with a network of 72 travel agencies in the Israeli marketplace.
Established in 2002, UTravel’s agencies are located throughout Israel, concentrated in the country’s primary business triangle between Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Haifa. The full-service travel agencies offer a variety of travel services, including business travel, primary internal portals, and some are also tourism service providers.
The eight travel agencies that became members of the TWIN (TRAVELSAVERS Worldwide Independent Network) last year are also part of the UTravel network and now the new TRAVELSAVERS Israel division.
