TS24 Selects Amadeus One Desktop

TS24, a major corporate travel management company, has selected Amadeus One as its desktop solution, Amadeus reports. Amadeus One is designed specifically to help agencies boost productivity, streamline operations and optimize procurement, Amadeus says.
 
“TS24 utilizes a unique client-centric methodology focused on the highest level of service in combination with innovative technology. Our goal is to secure, enable, and empower the ‘next generation travel agent’ who will be able to best serve our clients globally,” said Tammy Krings, TS24 CEO.

 “One of the key differentiators for TS24 in selecting Amadeus One was the solution’s intuitive user interface, which will enable us to attract professionals who bring the best skills and expertise in sales and client servicing, rather than being limited by their experience or knowledge of GDS formats,” Krings said.  
 
TS24 is expected to implement the Amadeus One desktop and begin live bookings by the third quarter of this year.
 
Amadeus One is an open architecture, web-based platform designed for the specific needs of the U.S. corporate travel market.

Krings said TS24 conducted thorough side-by-side comparisons of Amadeus One against other offerings in the marketplace. This included onsite testing with both experienced and inexperienced agents to directly “test drive” the various solutions. She said Amadeus One’s patent-pending Cryptic Magic functionality was a key differentiator for TS24.

Amadeus Cryptic Magic is a unique translation tool that gives agents the option to make bookings using the cryptic commands or formats of any GDS or via the graphical user interface environment at the point of sale.
