Two New FAM Trips in South Asia

Looking to grow your product knowledge in South Asia? A new set of fam trips are giving travel agents the chance to explore Sri Lanka and Kerala, India.

Travelchacha just announced a new seven-day fam trip to Sri Lanka. On the seven-day itinerary travel agents will be able to fly in to Colombo International Airport and visit all of the major attractions of Sri Lanka, including the rock temple Dambulla and a climb up the 5th century citadel of Sigiriya. There is also an optional elephant back safari.

Departure dates are available from April 9 through December 5, 2017. The trip is priced at $679 per person only for departure dates in April through September and $699 for departure dates October through December. The rate includes seven days of accommodations in a Superior Room, breakfast and dinner, all sightseeing and transfers, professional English speaking guides and all taxes.

  • Name (as it appears on passport) of all people traveling
  • Passport number, home address and contact number
  • Name of the travel or cruise agency
  • Your position at the agency

For agents looking to focus on wellness, Culture Holidays India is offering a new “Journey to Enlightenment” fam trip that explores Kerala, India.

The trip will include a six-night stay in five-star hotels, all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), a Kathakali dance show in Cochin, a boat ride in Kumarakom, sightseeing in an air conditioned vehicle and an English speaking guide. Along the way travel agents will also have the chance to take part in special meditation sessions on healing, stress relief and improving their health.

Departure dates are available from April 14, 2017, through September 21, 2018, with rates ranging from $799 to $899, based on double occupancy, with a $399 single supplement. A $200 per person deposit is required to book, with the balance to be paid one month prior to the fam date.
